Love is the most wonderful thing in this world.

Love... Love... Love... Many people are having a hard time defining its true meaning. Some say it is when a person has a great liking towards another. Some would say it is an expression of one's feeling. And a lil kid may say it is when his puppy licks his face. If you would ask me, I'd give you a simple response - Love is the most wonderful thing in this world.

On this day, April 29 2011, the wedding of the century happened between Prince William and Kate Middleton. The royal wedding enchanted the whole world. Everyone kept an eye on it. I personally watched television and surf the net to gather info about it. And it's worth watching! =)

The newly married royal couple didn't fail to give me butterflies, especially the balcony kiss. Yay! As I was watching the whole event, tears were falling down my face. Seriously! Not a tear of sorrow, but a tear of joy. =)

Prince William is the future king of England while Kate Middleton is just a plain commoner. They met each other while studying at St Andrews University. Cupid's arrow unbelievably hit their hearts. Since then, they stayed in each other's arms. And now, they're facing the next chapter of their lives, building a family as husband and wife.

Imagine how amazing love is. It matters not what one's status in life is. The newly wed lives on as a proof.

Two persons do not have to be in the same status, same age, or even be in the same gender to be a couple. As long as you love each other and hurt no one, be a pair and face everyone with your hands tied. Shout to the world how you feel about each other!

That's what love can do to everyone. Long live Prince William and Princess Kate. ❤

Life and Death

A great actor in the Philippines whom a lot of people admire and idolize him. A young and naive individual yet touched and inspired many lives, whether be on a personal level or through media.

AJ Perez, Antonello Joseph Sarte Perez in real life, died on April 17, 2011 at the age of 18. Yes, he was too young. He is not a friend of mine, neither did I see him personally. But knowing that he died in an accident at a young age while in the midst of his illustrious career makes me unhappy. =(

Reading these tweets, I can really empathize with what his family and loved ones must be going through. =(

Losing someone you love, regardless of who it is, is like killing a part of your heart. It is really painful. Death is definitely hard to deal with. The thought of never seeing and talking to them is hard to accept. I personally don't know what to do if this would happen to me.

This incident is just another proof that life is too short and no one knows when and how it would be taken away from us. It is another lesson as well. While we are still alive, live each day like it's your last day in this world. Show your love to everyone for you won't regret anything once a loved one is gone. It's never too late. Go ahead and tell your friends and family how much you love and treasure them.

FRAUD ALERT!!!

Where in the world did POSERS and IMPOSTORS come from? What is on their minds whenever they try to fool other people? What do they feel whenever they pretend to be someone else?

On April 12 at around 12 pm, I received a message from a guy named Iccyg Gabriel on Facebook asking if I know him.

I checked his profile and accidentally saw a familiar picture on his friends list. Her name is Misty Nicole. I viewed her profile and saw MY PICTURES. I was stunned. But I started to freak out when I saw on the info section that she's engaged to that Iccyg Gabriel. OMG! What the?! Is she a twin sister of mine? When was the time that I had a fiance´ named Iccyg?

This guy added me a long time ago and I ignored him. Friend requests from male strangers are not welcome on my page. Really... I ended up accepting his friend request. Not to befriend him but to confront him about this stuff. I posted on his wall, but he didn't respond immediately.

I scrutinized every info I could get. I've read their wall-to-wall posts, even their jejemon sweet messages to each other. One message that caught my attention says "Mhie, sana magkita na tayo. gusto na kitang makasama". So they haven't met each other yet. Well, how could they? If the girl was hiding behind my own pictures.

I notified my FB friends about this and pleaded to help me report the fake account. Luckily, a lot of them helped me. Some of them ranted at him. My big sister messaged this guy and came up with an opinion that Misty and Iccyg were the same person. And I didn't agree!

My profile and albums were set to private. Only friends could see these. Iccyg never became my friend on FB, not until I saw the conflict. Iccyg would never get any of my photos and upload into the Misty account. Thus, the culprit must be one of my friends. Misty Nicole is a big time JEJEMON. She typed words weirdly.

She actually copied a status that I've published before. Here it is:

My sister continued arguing with Iccyg. According to him, since friendster days Misty Nicole has been fooling this guy. He fell in love with her and even asked for a cellphone load from him. What the hell! A gold-digger! I dunno the reason why he didn't notice the hoax promptly.

Doubt slapped his face after 3 YEARS. That pushed him to surf my name, Annizah Camid, through google. He added that he remembered the very first name given by Misty Nicole which was my real name. After browsing, he saw links to my twitter, multiply, friendster, and facebook pages. He must be really bothered because he created personal accounts on those sites and sent me notes. All notes were the same, asking if I know him.

After hours of debate and worries, my big sister's friends who work as technicians in STC helped us and confirmed who the real culprit was. And she's SHEILA DE PAZ!

SHEILA was my online buddy. Her mom is even my big sister's wedding godmother. I've never met her personally but because of her little sister who's a former schoolmate of mine, she was able to know me. She added me, introduced herself, and had some chitchats online. Kindness in her could be felt, that's why it never crossed my mind that she could be the impostor. On one hand, Iccyg shared that SHEILA was introduced as Misty Nicole's cousin.

Now, everything is clear. We know the delinquent, the victims, and the modus operandi. I don't know what is Sheila's purpose in doing that. I haven't talked to her yet and I don't know if I should be mad at her or talk to her sedately or what. All I feel is hatred toward her! Her action cannot consider as a major offense but she can be sent into the prison, especially it includes money (cellphone load). She has damaged my reputation and put me in danger. What if Iccyg and I cross path and might hug me without knowing why?

So for all of us, beware of this kind of routine as it can happen to everyone. And to all fraud, stop being selfish and fooling other people. In fact, you're deluding yourself. Surely, you don't want the consequences of your action, do you?

Hello Riyadh! It's nice to be back!

After almost 9 hours of airplane trip, I finally arrived in Riyadh, known as "sandbox", on the 7th day of April 2011, Thursday. My whole family fetched me from the airport, even my two little nephews. Oh how I missed them so...

My parents, siblings, Kuya Sai, and my 2 nephews still look the same. The last time I saw them was 5 months ago. Pretty much, nothing changed physically.

It was just funny to see the youngest in our family, Buknoy, felt uncomfortable the first time he saw me this year. He always stared at me and when I looked back, he hid at the back of his mom. Just so cute! =D But now, he plays with me. While Bubot calls me "Tito Annie", instead of "Tita Annie". OMG! =D

My mom cooks delicious foods for us. My father slices fruits for us. I play with my 2 sisters and 2 nephews. We chow down at fine dining restos and stuff our tummies with sumptuous foods. Shopping spree at different malls. This is a perfect semestral break. After tons of homeworks, projects, exams, & other school works... I am now with my family, mellowing out. =)

I will surely enjoy and treasure every moment that I am home with my loved ones... ❤
